Ms. Lidan Qi was born in Zhejian and has more than 10 years of experience on legal advise for companies and institutions. She is legal advisor of the Shenzhen Government for Chinese citizens living abroad, advisor of the Yiwu Government, legal advisor of several associations of the Chinese community in Spain, member of honor of the Official Association of doctors and graduates in Philosophy, Philology and Science of Catalonia, member of the legal committee of Foment del Treball Nacional and member of the International Advisory Board of San Telmo International Business School.
She actively collaborates with ICEX (Spanish govermental Institution fostering exports and investments) and ACC10 (Catalonian agency for competitiveness) to attract Chinese investments in Spain, and regularly organizes events in Spain and China to promote investments, legal compliance of companies to the destination place and social and cultural understanding between the two countries.
Ms. Qi has a Law degree from Abat Oliba CEU (Universidad de Barcelona), and postgraduate studies in International Trade Law from ESADE, a Master in Criminal Law by the Barcelona Bar, a Finance Executive program form CEIBS and she participated in a Leadership Development Program at IESE.
